Thechallenge
Cyndicate Labs' work covers a lot of ground: red and purple teaming, threat-led penetration testing, application, cloud and infrastructure testing, and regulatory schemes including CBEST, TIBER and DORA. Buyers search for each of those separately, and the firm's old site didn't cover most of them.
For a firm whose clients include regulated financial institutions and public sector bodies, being missing from those searches meant missed opportunities. The site needed a structure that matched the breadth of the work, and a look that matched the firm's technology-forward brand. There's more on how we approach new sites on our Web Development page.

Whatwedid

Research-led site architecture
We started with the data, researching how Cyndicate's buyers search for the services the firm offers. That research shaped the site's architecture, so each service, testing type and regulatory framework has a clear place in the structure.

A page for every service and framework
Penetration testing, red and purple teaming, application and cloud testing each have their own pages, alongside pages for compliance frameworks such as Cyber Essentials, NCSC CHECK and DORA. The site now answers the specific questions buyers are searching for.

Design within the brand
We built the pages from blocks the Cyndicate team manages themselves, so the site can grow as their services do. The design stays within Cyndicate's brand guidelines, with subtle motion on the firm's own brain graphic and a cursor-reactive pixel grid.
